Before becoming a company, There was operated as a pharmacy shop under the commercial name “Pro-Drug” , which was founded in May 2017 in Dan Makham Tia district in Kanchanaburi province for sale medicine medical supplies and medical devices
ในปีถัดไป ได้จดทะเบียนบริษัท จัดตั้งเป็นเป็นนิติบุคคล เพื่อดำเนินการนำเข้า ขายส่ง และขายปลีก เครื่องมือแพทย์ภายใต้ชื่อ บริษัท ฮอสพิท็อป อิควิปเม้นท์ จำกัด โดยตั้งอยู่ที่จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ภาคตะวันตกของประเทศไทย และในเดือนเมษายน ปี พ.ศ.2565 ได้ย้ายสถานประกอบการมาอยู่ที่กรุงเทพมหานคร และมีสำนักงานสาขาย่อย อยู่ที่ จ.นนทบุรี ภาคกลางของประเทศไทย
